Clinic operates by Office Appointments on Monday through Thursday, 8:00am – 3:00pm and Friday from 8:00am – 11:30am. Appointments can be made by calling Clinic Reception at 205.930.3284.

Clinic is located on the 6th floor of Cooper Green Mercy Hospital.
