Our Multidisciplinary Team
Our specialized, multidisciplinary team consists of our Psychiatrist, Primary Care Consulting Physicians, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Activity Director, Licensed Master’s level Social Worker, & mental health techs. Other disciplines may be consulted and involved in your care if ordered by the physician. This team will coordinate and implement your individual care plan during your stay. Your care plan will be developed to address your individual needs.
