Nursing Services
The Division of Nursing is under the direction of the Chief Executive Nurse, Deborah Andrews, who is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer of Jefferson Health System, the Advisory Committee and the Jefferson County Commission (governing body) for maintaining the quality of nursing care.
The Nursing Division provides care for newborn, pediatric (assessment and stabilization on presentation to the ER only), adolescent, adult and geriatric patients with critical, acute and chronic conditions including, but not limited to:
- General Medicine, Surgery, and Palliative Care
- Neurological, Orthopedic, Trauma
- Obstetrical, Newborn, and Gynecological Services
- Critical Care, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, and Outpatient Clinics
