MISSION STATEMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT---- The mission of the Pharmacy Department is to provide direct, responsible provision of medication related care of patients for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life.
The Cooper Green Mercy Hospital Pharmacy Department through its professional and technical staff offer state of the art pharmaceutical care to the population we are priviledged to serve. We maintain a responsive and accurate medication dispensing system, provide education for all our customers on the safe, effective, and economical use of drugs, train new practitioners in pharmacy services, and insure that medications are used appropriately.
